I have ran many races wearing XERO Shoes over the past decade. The shoes were always comfortable and were excellent for training as well as the actual running events. I’m always on the lookout for updated models put out by XERO Shoes. And recently, XERO Shoes did not disappoint by putting out various ‘2022 models that i want to add to my collection. Today, I’m going to talk to you about the ZELEN minimalist running shoe that I just received.
The ZELEN offers a wide toe-box, a zero-drop heel and is very lightweight. My mens size 11.5 US weighs in at just over 8oz. The ZELEN are also made from recycled material including the 5mm rubber sole that offers tire-like tread for added traction during your runs. It also features a biodegradable sock liner for added comfort.
BOTTOM LINE:
